Acapulco Tan has been such a great find! Kristen and Alex are both amazing and make every visit a positive experience. Kristen is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to share her expertise. She has helped me understand lotions, tanning schedules, and how to get the best results without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients.
The salon is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the customer service is always top-notch.

I went in today to redeem a coupon and establish regular tanning and was so impressed by the customer service shown by Kristen I had to leave a review. In between seamlessly taking great care of other customers, she took the time to explain multiple products and their purposes and benefits to me as a product voucher was included on my coupon. She's extremely knowledgeable about every product behind her shelf and tanning in general, and you can tell she is genuinely passionate about her work. Exceptional service and very clean. More personal feel than the franchised salons and the owner is very active in the business and knowledgeable on all the services offered. I utilize the red-light therapy and tanning. I like that this place replaces all their bulbs regularly ahead of the required maintenance schedule. Bulbs have never been out, and I see consistent results... I can't say that for other salons I have used. Highly recommend.
