I just had a wonderful experience at Acapulco Tan. I got a spray tan with Kristin. She was very friendly, kind and extremely thorough in her demeanor and explanation of what would occur during my brief visit. I had previously, ONCE years ago, gone to Mystic tan for my spray tan and this was NOTHING like that. I didn’t have to go into a room by myself with automatic sprayers. Kristin personally and professionally sprayed my tan on. It was subtle, beautiful and smelled great. I would recommend Acapulco Tan to anyone, even women of a certain age, which I am.
Acapulco Tan has been such a great find! Kristen and Alex are both amazing and make every visit a positive experience. Kristen is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to share her expertise. She has helped me understand lotions, tanning schedules, and how to get the best results without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients.
The salon is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the customer service is always top-notch.

I went in today to redeem a coupon and establish regular tanning and was so impressed by the customer service shown by Kristen I had to leave a review. In between seamlessly taking great care of other customers, she took the time to explain multiple products and their purposes and benefits to me as a product voucher was included on my coupon. She's extremely knowledgeable about every product behind her shelf and tanning in general, and you can tell she is genuinely passionate about her work. This was extremely refreshing as I've only spray tanned in the past and basically knew nothing about tanning products.
