Had these folks install a polyurea coating on my 35-year old garage floor. It had sunk badly due to erosion underneath the garage deck, and prior to coating I had it leveled by another company. The leveling left significant cracking.
A1 told me they wouldn't have any issues with the post-leveling cracks, and handled it no problem with excellent attention to filling all the cracks with specialized flexible material, and grinding to a smooth flat surface. Ryan came out to give me an estimate, was on time, and explained everything. I have gotten a few estimates from other companies, and Ryan was much better priced. It took about a month for the installers to come out; they were on time, did an amazing job, and finished the same day. New floor looks great, cracks are gone.
We had our patio re-stained and sealed, and it's looking very good! There were a few spots where the stain didn't stick and when I messaged about this they were very prompt in getting back out to correct the issue. Great communication and excellent customer service.
