Had an emergency call on our rental and they were very prompt in helping us in getting it resolved. But then our home furnace finally died after 40 years and needed to be replaced entirely. They were so quick in replacing and setting up the new one, not only that but were extremely fair on pricing! The only place we would ever go through for all our heating and air needs! JC at Royal was wonderful. He worked with us on schedule to install two high efficient systems in tight space that work and look great. Helped non-tech customer get set up with phone app to control ecobee thermostats from home to lake. Excellent communication! Above all - JC was so courteous and kind. Royal was recommended by our lake realtor - she did not steer us wrong.

Installed central air about 5 years ago, they were on time and did the job fast and neat. Very satisfied with the service.5 years later, AC wouldn't turn on so I checked out everything I could before calling for service. Tracked it down to either a bad relay or possibly compressor. Called on a Saturday about 10:30 and said he'd be by after the service calls he had ahead of me. About 2 hrs later says he's on his way. Shows up and checks the relay, takes it apart and finds a dead bug blocking the contact. Took less than 5 minutes.
