Ascension Borgess Hospital ProMed Family Practice Richland

I am very satisfied with my experience at the Richland Borgess ProMed facility. I transferred there from the Plainwell facility since I'm living in Kalamazoo now & they are both very friendly & professional.

Thomas Webb does a wonderful job of listening and caring for his patients. I've visited him several years ago and he was awesome then as well. When I changed insurance carriers recently and saw that Tom Webb was in my network I wasted no time to add him as my pcp. The facility is clean and everyone there is friendly. I will continue to use Ascension ProMed for all my medical needs.

Everyone there were very friendly. They were respectful of my needs and just made me feel like I was part of a big family, especially Tom Webb. He listen to all my questions and gave me answers I could understand. I'm very happy with everyone that work there.
