“Shawn came to my lake house outside of Lapeer (Elba Twp.) and did a thorough inspection of my roof, including a look in my attic, which no other co. did. He took lots of pictures to show me. He has a fun personality and was easy to work with. Not a pushy salesman at all. I got 6 quotes and Star Improvement was by far the best. Once I made my decision, the new roof was done within a week. Their equipment and materials were dropped off Thursday afternoon and the guys were there at 7:30 Friday morning. Jeremy knocked on my door, introduced himself and went over the plan with me. I went outside with him so I could point out where i thought the problem was and was curious if i was right. He promised to take pictures of the area I referenced, he did, and I was right! I popped outside every so often to check on the progress and never saw them just sitting or resting. When I had a question about a piece of trim, Joe explained the how/what of it, smiling the whole time. When the job was done, Joe knocked on my door to let me know, went outside, and asked if I had any questions. None. It was a great job. Very professional, friendly crew.
