To let me know they were on their way and they would be there in 45 minutes. arrived on time and started working right away. “We had Mitch (owner) come out for an estimate on replacing our roof, soffit and fascia among other things we thought we might need. First of all he did a complete and thorough inspection of our home, then sat down with us as we discussed what was immediately needed, and what we could wait on due to our budget. Mitch was extremely professional and worked with us until we decided on what we wanted done. He spent quite some time drawing up plans and an estimate, while returning to our home many times to make sure he had everything exactly correct and all measurements before giving us the final estimate. I am 64 years old and have owned 3 homes in my life, and dealt with many different contractors over the years, and I cannot begin to stress the professionalism exhibited by Mitch. The communication was also great! Whenever we would text Mitch with a question, he would immediately call us. I could tell dealing with Mitch that I was not going to hire anyone else.
