Every time I've been in there and let them know what's going on with my pool like when I first set it up or if the water has been cloudy he's told me exactly what I needed to do to it and how much of each product to put in my pool for the size i have so im not just guessing and without over selling me products that i don't need . Which is really nice bc Last year I struggled with maintaining my pool bc I bought everything from Walmart not knowing what it really was and didn't need half of it. I definitely would recommend skips pool and spa for any pool needs,products or questions.

Skip and his staff have always been very responsive and go the extra mile. They have years of experience and are able to address any issue with our pool. We highly recommend them to anyone with a pool or hot tub!

I won't buy pool supplies anywhere else! I am a new pool owner and the staff have been so professional and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me trouble shoot all of my issues. They have always recommend I buy what's best for my situation, not what's most extensive!
