Prime Inc. is a business that offers a drop and hook service, allowing drivers to have their trailers inspected before going inside to provide information. The lot is spacious, but there is no overnight parking available. However, there is a Shell gas station and a McDonald's nearby that allow parking. The company has a yard for general mills, and drivers may need to wait for a yard person to shuttle their trailer from the plant and handle the paperwork. While the company allows drivers to use their restroom, some wish they had a dedicated restroom for drivers. The company's systems are considered outdated, and they try to emphasize their amenities and newer trucks. Drivers have reported feeling like they are just a number, and some have left the company for better opportunities. While Prime Inc. can be a good starting point for new drivers, experienced drivers may find the company's old-school approach and politics to be a drawback.

MAKE SURE TO HAVE 3/4 OR MORE OF REEFER FUEL, IF NOT YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY, SHELL GAS STATION UP THE STREET FOR FUEL. ALSO THE INSIDE OF REEFER MUST BE CLEANED OUT!
Park next to shipping/receiving office with your empty, the office staff will come and inspect everything on your empty. If the inside of trailer is dirty, they will have you go to washout bay that’s next to the office. Then come back to be inspected.

this place is good with having loads ready but the ground is dirt and it’s frozen ice in the winter and there’s no lights. You will have a challenge getting under trailers in the winter and without lights it’s dangerous at night. Staff is friendly, arrive with at least 3/4 reefer. They will inspect empties very closely and you may be asked to get a free on site washout before dropping. No overnight parking but there is a shell less than a mile away with about 25 parking spaces usually not busy, i usually can find a spot to park even late at night. Prime please put lights up and pour a concrete yard for safety.
Came in with a drop and hook at around 2am and I was out by 2:30 easy. PSA THEY DO EMPTY TRAILER INSPECTIONS AND MAKE SURE YOUR TANDEMS ARE SLID TO THE 12th hole BEFORE YOU GET ON THE LOT. They do not want you to slide your tandems on the dirt lot.
