Extremely unprofessional, I made a booking for this place and my hair stylist got sick, which is okay, but she moved me to a random date without confirming and completely ghosted me when I said I couldn’t do that day. Tried calling the salon 10 different times throughout the week and they didn’t pick up once. Needs a receptionist.

Not only do they have wonderful products and amazing staff, they arranged for someone to unlock my car today after I found that my keys were inside. Pretty wonderful. I was only there to purchase shampoo.
