“We needed urgent care for our 16 year old dog while we were vacationing in the UP. I made countless phone calls to vets and found none that would give us an immediate appointment, until I called this practice. “Dr. Anna,” her technician, and the receptionist staff were all incredibly empathetic, helpful, and accommodating. They helped us get our dog into the office, allowed our other dog to accompany us, and let us stay with our dog in the exam room while she worked with him. Everyone there was gentle and compassionate. I’d give them an extra star if I could.“
