The service we received from our tech, John, was outstanding!! We had a different company work on our house about 5 years ago and it did not take care of our bat problem. John was on time, did a thorough analysis of our house and a few days later spent the entire afternoon and early evening fixing our problem…on a Sunday!. Not only did we have bats, we also had flying squirrels! His work was clean and professional. He cleaned up the area once he was done and then took the time to explain everything he did. We have a 2 year warranty on his work and he will be back in a couple months to make sure our bat/squirrel problem is gone. I can’t recommend John and Northern Pests more highly!!!

Pam does a great job, and she listens to what you want done. I was pleased with my experience, and have referred family and friends there. Since recently moving to this area, I've tried many other salons, but this is by far the best I've found. The owner, Pam, goes out of her way to be available -after normal working hours of 5:00pm and occasional weekends, which NO ONE else here does that I have found. I will be making this my regular hair salon.

We needed urgent care for our 16 year old dog while we were vacationing in the UP. I made countless phone calls to vets and found none that would give us an immediate appointment, until I called this practice. “Dr. Anna,” her technician, and the receptionist staff were all incredibly empathetic, helpful, and accommodating. They helped us get our dog into the office, allowed our other dog to accompany us, and let us stay with our dog in the exam room while she worked with him. Everyone there was gentle and compassionate. I’d give them an extra star if I could.
