I needed help with a furnace problem so I contacted Durkie Heating and Cooling as they installed the system initially. They promptly responded to my request and completed their work in a timely fashion and were reasonably priced.
We had Durkie come out for the first time to do a maintenance cleaning on our gas furnace today. I noted to the guys that when it rains some water drips through the ceiling along what I thought was the furnance exhaust pipe. They informed me it was the exhaust pipe for the water heater. After they cleaned and checked the furnace, adjusting the gas pressure for better efficiency they climbed up onto the roof and caulked a couple of openings around the water heater vent. SO unexpected as they did not have to do that! We will DEFINITELY call on them again for any future HVAC needs! So appreciated them!
Contacted Durkie for a furnace problem. They came right out and diagnosed the problem quickly. They were very professional and efficient. The price was fair, I would definitely recommend and will use them in the future.
