The vet we use uses this company. They were fast Nov 1 he was put to sleep and we had him ready to come home on the 7th) and the urn was really pretty. The one thing I have a hard time with is the paw print they do. Our Great Dane passed on Nov 1 2024 due to wobblers syndrome. He was a big boy. The paw print we got back was for a dog the size of a husky maybe smaller. We also made our own paw print of him before we took him to be put down, and ours is the actual size of Astro’s paw… bigger than my palm by far. This one we got from them just isn’t our boys print in my opinion. I could be wrong.. but I don’t think so.

They are absolutely the best and most trusted with my animal to be cared for after her passing. They made the experience much easier and have the best prices and options around. Would recommend them 10 out of 10 to anyone

we lost our pet unexpectedly last week. our whole family was heartbroken when we dropped him off to be cremated, but the gentleman who showed up after hours for us was super sensitive and made the situation feel just a bit more bearable. we picked up his remains today and this gentleman was equally empathetic. Rusty's urn is beautiful, his paw print was beautifully done, and we were given forget me not seeds which we will add to his memorial and a certificate of cremation and information on grief. I can honestly say I feel comforted knowing our sweet boy was handled with dignity and care during this process. thank you for helping us through this.
