Such a life saver! Came out and gave us an estimate on a weekend after our furnace quit working. Mike gave a bunch of options with no sales pressure. The team were all super nice, very communicative, and watched out for our pets (who like to try to sneak out!) Great crew, absolutely fair pricing, and quick work. Strongly recommend!!

I have had trouble with my furnace in the last week. Mike came out twice and replaced the igniter, then the furnace again, did not want to ignite. This last time the gentleman took his time and finally found out the problem. Never was charged for the last two visits! Very polite and dependable!

Very happy with Hacht H & C. My finicky boiler wasn’t working, which took Mike about 15 minutes to troubleshoot & fix. No parts required, just a simple adjustment. Considering the boiler is probably older than Mike, it was very impressive he knew what to do. When I change the boiler from oil to propane, I am definitely asking Hacht H & C for a quote.
