The moment I walk in the door I am always greeted with a warm welcome. I love that they don't skimp on the heat in the hot yoga. A great place for me to "sweat my prayers", tone and detox. Place is always clean. Shout out to Kristen Bolhuis, Kimberly Brown, Clay Hollister, Jen Lennon and Kourtney O'Riley!

Awesome place to practice yoga! The studio feels like a retreat and everyone is so positive and encouraging. The variety of teacher’s styles offers a little something for everybody. Highly recommend Thursday night slow flow with Lisa
