West wind Dental has been my DDS for many years. I call them the pain free DDS because nothing they do hurts They have the latest technology, and they can make a crown while you wait. I’ve had only good experiences. All of the hygienists are experienced and have fun personalities. The office staff is kind and competent. I also note that I had tooth pain and they got me in the same day!!!!! Give them a try and you’ll never need a new DDS.
Five stars is not enough for this care team. I have the worst case of dental anxiety imaginable. With the help of sedation, I will no longer put off my visits to the dentists.
Reasons to look no more for any other dentist:
-State-of-the-art technology. No more temporary caps after root canal. A new tooth is made on the spot!!
-The entire care team creates a reassuring and comforting atmosphere that is immediately calming.
-The office is impeccably clean.
-.The staff offers to make coffee to anyone waiting!

The facility is very nice and clean, and I have had an excellent experience with the people who work on my teeth. However, I have billing issues almost every time I go. I received a call before my appointment and asked if I would need to pay anything and was told no. Upon going to checkout after the appt, I was told I hold a balance. Christine was combative and would not listen to what I was saying and also let her k ow I had another issues last time in office about a billing issue. She tried blaming my insurance, yet the insurance company was the one who straightened it out because the billed the wrong insurer.
