What a great business! I had what I thought was a bigger issue with my laptop, but they were able to identify the root cause and it ended up being a much smaller repair. TeamLogic IT of Kalamazoo was a total lifesaver for us this week. They prioritized our company's emergency and managed to come out within an hour of being called to help us get our internet and phones back up after nearly two days without. We called a couple other places and didn't even receive a call back, but TeamLogic really pulled through a saved the day!
The technician was so polite and helpful despite a few mix-ups on our end. Not all heroes wear capes! We will absolutely be using them in the future and recommend them to any business needing IT help!
