PAW Floor Store is a great place with friendly people and great products. The staff are helpful and personable, offering great service and prices. Orders are always reliable and shipped on time, with fast unloading and very fast delivery. Overnight parking is allowed. Customers have learned a lot from the staff and vendors, and last-minute orders arrive quickly. Highly recommended.
I am a flooring contractor with a small business in Cincinnati. I took a workshop at PAW earlier this year and learned so much between the staff and vendors present. The staff were so helpful and personable and have kept up with us since we met them despite the fact that I live 5 hours away. I just needed some product very last minute and called them yesterday morning. I just got home and it’s already on my door step!
Since I been dealing with PAW Hardwood Flooring & Supplies. I never had a problem. Always been reliable and when my orders are shipped to me I always get them on time. Great Service and Prices.
They have a nice warehouse with a lot of flooring material and supplies in stock. Billy and Rich showed me around the warehouse and took the time to talk to me about my questions and lead me in the best direction. Look forward to doing business with them.
