Been using the Big Bag wash & fold service for a couple months now. Was happy to dropoff/pickup! Then discovered they will pickup/drop at my house in Galesburg. The gal (Lori) really does a great job doing crap I hate doing. Never had a problem with how they do the laundry! Except I have to much!!

We had a vintage, fringe suede jacket cleaned here recently. The jacket had an unpleasant, musty smell and some stains that we were hoping to get rid of. They did a great job! Stains and smell gone! Also, the leather is so much softer than when we took it in. The cleaning got rid of the stiffness from age. One pleasant surprise was that they re-sewed on the buttons securely. One had fallen off and was in the pocket and they sewed that on and resewed the other ones too. I highly recommend. FYI, leather coats can take several weeks to get back so don't be in a hurry.
