I couldn’t have had better service!! As I was dropping off 2 blazers (one of which I knew had a missing sleeve button), I noticed the other had a broken button. I was offered a container of buttons to try & find a match with no success. Much to my surprise, when I picked up the blazers on time and looking great…BOTH blazers buttons had been replaced! Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

I was relieved that there was a new owner in place. The previous owner had a very negative attitude. He acted as if he was doing me a favor in cleaning my clothing. I stayed put because the quality of cleaning and location were a very good fit! In General, I have seen a decline in retail service. I think a lot of staff are disengaged and receive low wages. There isnt really any ownership or passion it in services they provide. I dont know what the fix is to that.
