I came in to have a key duplicated. The woman working did not feel feel confident that she had provided a adequate duplicate, it was a very old key To be used out of the country. She didn't charge me. The keys she made worked perfectly. I really appreciated her time and effort and I was very surprised she didn't want to charge me. This is a very upstanding business and I definitely recommended them.

I recently moved to the area and needed to have some extra keys made. The experience here was great. The lady helping me was fun to work with and quick to locate suitable key blanks and cut the new keys. The key making machines are impressive to see. You can tell this business is a leader. Costs are reasonable too.

I had hired a company prior to do Acces Control and Surveillance Cameras and they did a Horrible Job!!! Michigan Security & Lock came and fixed everything and did an amazing job!!!! I can’t thank them enough there service is the best I’ve found in years of doing Business!!!! They go above and beyond and if you need service in Michigan this is the only company to use!!! Don’t make the mistake I did by hiring an incompetent clowns and have to have everything redone. Do it Right the first time and call Michigan Security & Lock
