We had a pretty large job done at my mother’s house. We had the service panel replaced and service upgraded to 200A, along with bringing the grounding and other aspects up to the modern code. We live near Chicago and I expected this could cause some difficulty. But when we met Jordan at the house to scope out the work, it was crystal clear that we were in good hands. He explained everything clearly. We got some other quotes but they would have had to come in much lower to decide on them. As it turned out Hi-Tech was also the lowest bid, by quite a bit. Nice people, great job, local ownership, best price. You can’t ask for more than that.

Matt came out and did a number of jobs that we needed done. He did an exceptional job on everything! He was efficient, helpful, conscientious and extremely knowledgeable. I am grateful for everything that he did, and I look forward to him coming back again if we need him.

Our new ceiling fan was installed by Donald. He came on time started his work with focus; completing the installation efficiently & within a reasonable time period. I used his feedback to get back to the ceiling fan vendor to get a refund for a component (ceiling fan adapter) that did not work/not needed.
