After over a decade of being a loyal client, the owner and the preparer refuse to return my phone calls, emails and calls from my attorney. My tax return has gone missing due to information being input incorrectly during the e-file process and not one word from DFI after months of investigating and speaking with the IRS and state of Michigan directly. If there was an error, a person should own it. What an immature and extremely suspicious response to just "ghost" your loyal client. I would absolutely recommending going ANYWHERE but here.

Unethical practices- they all need to retire. Strung us along - had late fees because they didn't know what they're doing. Had to call, email and just show up to have a response from them. Outsourced my personal and business taxes. I was a dumbass for trusting Eric's word and him saying it wouldn't happen again and wound up chasing again. This time with Fees from the IRS! He told me I had to wait two months to electronically file during November- January which the IRS said he should have put it in the mail and his information was false. They don't know the tax laws and procedures. I wish I could give zero stars! Never have I been more disappointed and frustrated! Unprofessional people!

The only reason I gave them 1 was because I had to. After literally 2 years of calling, emailing and stopping in trying to figure out why they hadn't done what we needed. Nick, with a straight face said that he should probably get to our file, then had the nerve to say that he didn't say that. So they lie, don't respond and a will get you in trouble with the IRS.
