Rob did a wonderful job diagnosing our furnace issue. He was respectful and had all the parts on had to complete the job. Highly recommend Rob and Dan Wood Company for any repair service!
Rob K was very pleasant and professional. He took his time and thoroughly went through the furnace making sure everything was in proper working condition going into the winter months. He did the procedure in a timely manner and cleaned up nice and neat when he was done. I would definitely recommend him to others and would welcome him back to my home for any repairs in the future.
Allen was prompt, courteous, friendly and tackled the job immediately. He explained why and what he was doing and showed me how to operate the water heater as well as safety and energy conservation tips. He tested everything to make sure all was well, reminded me of the warranty and left his number. My dog thought he was great too so that is a big positive. Would definitely recommend.
