I started to come to Bronson because my primary transferred to Bronson from Borgess. All together I was with him for 12 years maybe longer but most my time was with him in this office with Bronson. He's not with Bronson any more but when I met him I was obese, had kidney disease stage 3b, my cholesterol and sugar levels were high, I was also pre-diabetic which other doctors I've seen before at Borgess didn't seem to think to tell me for years till I met well call Him Mr. C. Everything at this office is spot on. It's clean, staff are efficient and friendly. Front desk check in, medical assistant vitals and check out were smooth and handled with a personable touch. The best part about my visit was my provider Sarah Voss! She is potentially the nicest person on the planet. I was not sure when I first saw her and needed confirmation she truly is a genuinely beautiful human!! She remembered the ages of my 3 boys, checked in on my last visit concerns and all messages from my chart sent since last visit. 5 stars!! Love this office!!
After moving out of Kzoo, I now have a 45 minute drive -each way- just to continue to see my Dr at this office, even though I have several Bronson Partner & other Dr's offices near me. That's how great he & the rest of the staff are (that I've interacted with at this location)!
