Awesome customer service!! Our AC wasn’t working properly so I contacted All Brands on Monday because they installed it in 2020. He said they were very busy (august) and could get to us Thursday. Last night (Tuesday) he called and said they would be here today in the morning. They were here as promised and fixed it in less than 10 min! Absolutely best customer service! Thank you All Brands!

We had one of the guys from All Brands come to the house on Monday to check the air conditioner. He was an hour early (yay!). He let us know the unit was out of freon. He was really kind. & let us know our options Including an estimate on replacing the unit which was over 30 years old. We decided to replace the unit. Rick & Johny came on Friday to complete the instillation. They quoted 8 hours, but were finished in under 5 1/2 hours. Both gentleman were courteous, respectful & willing to answer our questions. Thank you guys!

I called in to schedule a thermostat install and instead of making me wait to get someone out, the owner literally just face timed me and walked me through doing it myself to save me money. You cannot beat this type of service in this day and age! this is my new go to company in town, 100% recommend!
