A few things really stand out to me while working with through Aerotek. First My “recruiter” Tony has been above and beyond what you would expect from a staffing company. From day one he put a lot of genuine time and effort into finding a job that met my needs and desired pay. Within the first week he had multiple job opportunities lined up. He did all the leg work dealing directly with Top company’s and following up with them post-interview. Making it all a very hassle-free from interviews to the onboarding process.
