Staff members go above and beyond to locate needed parts, provide answers, and get jobs done quickly and efficiently. They are very knowledgeable, able to cross-reference parts for old equipment, and offer great professionalism. The business often has items in stock or can get them by the next day, frequently at cheaper prices than other places. Their service makes frustrating situations seamless, leading many customers to set up accounts with them as a preferred supplier.
January 17th Contacted Devon at 10:16pm on a Saturday night not expecting to get a hold of him but to leaves a message. He graciously picked up the phone not knowing what I needed. Fronney’s Foods furnace went down on a bitter cold night leaving me helpless. Devon opened the store Sunday morning thankfully to get me a blower that worked on my furnace!! Saved the day because we open at 8am and we were in dire need of heat!! Just wanted to say thanks to Down River supply for having hired such caring employees to take time out of their own day off !!! This was not the first time I was taken care of, excellent customer service from both Devon and Owen.

Staff friday 12/19 went above and beyond what i normally see. Found a part i needed at another location and it was priced way better than other suppliers. Will definitely use them in future.
Devon and Noah provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to locate exactly what I needed when other suppliers fell short. Not only did they have it in stock, but their efficiency and professionalism made an otherwise frustrating situation seamless. I am now in the process of setting up an account with them as my preferred supplier. Highly recommended—thanks again!
