Absolutely Outstanding Service from Nathan at Blue Water Window Tint! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Nathan at Blue Water Window Tint. From start to finish, his customer service was exceptional. I came in unsure of what tint level I wanted, but Nathan took the time to walk me through all the options. He explained the differences, showed examples, and helped me choose the perfect match — I ended up going with 15% ceramic tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The quality of the work was top-notch — my windows look flawless. But what really stood out was how Nathan went above and beyond when an unexpected issue came up. A few days after the tint job, I noticed a scratch in one of the windows — on a brand-new vehicle I’d only had for 5 days. Turns out it was a defect from the dealership, and they agreed to replace the window. Nathan was incredibly helpful during this process.
