had 2 surgeries with Dr rafai (December 2022 and March 2023) both went very smoothly and both he and his staff were available and able to answer questions I had throughout my recovery. I'm happy with the results and will use Dr rafai again if I decide to proceed with future surgeries. (I previously had bariatric surgery and have a lot of excess skin but chose to only address my torso/abdomen at this time.)
I go to the Port Huron office and I am a forever client here. Love this place. Super clean and inviting enviorment. The receptionist Kerry is so sweet and helpful. Sarah is the nurse there and she is amazing. So kind and makes me feel comfortable. She takes the time to talk with me about treatments and doesn't pressure me into doing anything . I am always extremely happy with my treatments when I leave here. For all your skin therapies and needs. Trish is the esthetician here and does a wonderful job. Love my chemical peels. Couldn't be happier with my experiences at this office and the wonderful team that runs it.
I love going to Birmingham Cosmetic the girls are always so sweet.Sarah always does an amazing job every time, im never disappointed. Carrie is always welcoming, help full and nice to talk too.
