I had to see Dr. Wilkinson due to my regular eye dr for glasses saw something she was unsure of what it was. The office is clean and bright and it runs very smoothly. Everyone was so kind. Dr. Wilkinson was assuring and professional. I am getting older...I need this kind of care. New client here now a regular!! Thank you for taking such great care of me!! Highly recommend
For my recent visit, the check in process was seamless. The technician who went through all the eye charts was excellent -- very thorough and explained in detail everything that was going on. The internal eye scan was quick and easy. Dr. Wilkerson was pleasant and engaging, and asked about some of my other health concerns. The check out lady was very nice, and made sure to ask if I had sunglasses since my eyes had been dilated. So, from start to finish, with lots of different people touchpoints, it was a great appointment. Their system works, and it's why I always return to Wilkinson Eye Center!
Really impressed with the office staff, and doctors. Everyone I encountered was kind and friendly. Sadly that is a hard thing to come by these days. I would recommend this office in a heart beat. Dr. St. Louis was wonderful. I am so happy I found them.
