Ms. Ilene is Heaven sent. I had an issue with a previous tax preparer (not in correlation with Ilene) and she stated on the phone with me for 20 minutes. No charge. Told me exactly what I needed to do so I wouldn’t get charge from state. This year I went to her and it was so easy. I was able to stay home and send in my documents, she was there every step. She is professional and proficient and an honest woman.
