Tracy (office mgr) followed up post roof install completion re: customer concerns & questions. She was caring & friendly. The roofing crew who did a complete roof tear off & new installation were coordinated, hard working & timely. They did a great job! Would highly recommend Roof One to anyone looking to have a roof assessment & install.

Want to thank Roof One for their prompt response when we called with concern over some loose baffles. Mike was sent out to check on the problem. He fixed them all and went on roof to check and make sure everything else was good. We greatly appreciate Mike’s professionalism, great care to detail and helpful attitude. Highly recommend.
