Recently purchased cabinetry and counter tops from Mr. Bid . Randy and his crews delivered as promised and when the counter tops were measured and delivered, they fit like a glove. Amazing in communicating about times and dates and lived up to the promises. Always responded to calls and messages in a timely manner. Did not have to wait months on end for materials and was happy to see the products were made in the US.The install of the countertops went so well, and the crew did a fantastic job. Courteous and very professional and asked if everything looked right before they left. Mr. Bid did not do this work himself. He subcontracted another company to do the work. I liked the guy that came to do the work but he didn't seem to have any sense of how to do this work without making a mess. They didn't tape off the vents, which were wide open without covers at the time of the work. As far as I can tell, they didn't tape off anything because there was dust after in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Communication was also not good. They missed the deadline they told me the work was going to be done but didn't bother to tell me that that was going to be the case.
