Really liked my dispatcher here. He was very attentive and planned trips that fit me when he could.
Also have nothing but good things to say about the shop here. They listened when I had problems and gave me a good loaner truck when my KW had to go into Kenworth for a recalled repair.
If I could go back to driving I would return to Whiteline and would refer my friends to them.
They have repaired every issue I had with my truck with no delays. Everytime I came in and mentioned an issue I was told bring in the truck and they will look at the issue immediately. Some issues where easy short down time issues others long down time issues but they were all resolved in a timely manner and completed correctly of course the longer then a day repair times ment I had to use a loaner truck. no issues there. I'm a newb to truck driving so any newb question I asked I got a straight no nonsense answer that set me straight on a path to success. Thank you guys.
