Very easy to work with, got an estimate on a Thursday and they were out on Monday to start my every other week cleanings. Found office staff helpful and the cleaners professional. Highly recommend.

I had two cleaning sessions completed before deciding that the cleaning service was not the best fit for my needs. After conversing with the manager, we mutually agreed that their offerings did not align with my requirements. As a parent of two small children, one with special needs, I was seeking assistance in maintaining a clean home due to my current time constraints. The company provided a comprehensive list of tasks for their A & B initial cleanings, which encompassed a deep clean in certain areas and standard cleaning in others.
During the first visit, the cleaning inspectors were in my home evaluating the work done by the cleaners. It became apparent that the cleaners did not clean to their satisfaction.
Feeling dissatisfied with the state of my home after the first cleaning, I conducted a thorough inspection and found cobwebs on the ceiling, dust on fan blades and window sills, and an inadequately cleaned kitchen. I promptly contacted the company to express my concerns, and they offered to rectify the issues during the next cleaning. I was disappointed the windows and walls weren't cleaned which I later found out were not part of their service. I offered to pay extra for these additional services, but they declined, stating various reasons which they'll likley elaborated in their response to this review.
However, I found their response concerning, as they made it seem like cleaning my home was a difficult task, which I found insulting considering the efforts I put in to maintain cleanliness despite having two kids.
Despite some improvements during the second visit, there were still missed areas, and the floors remained unmopped. While there was a noticeable enhancement in the bathroom cleaning, they also overlooked sweeping under the vanity. Upon discussing these issues with the manager, she appeared dismissive in her response and insinuated that I should not expect more, considering the deal I received for the cleaning service. She also mentioned that the regular cost of the cleaning should have been $900, which I found unreasonable since they calculated the price based on the initial assessment of my home.

I have a very busy work schedule and work at home. This company has zero flexibility in scheduling and it takes them a week or more just to get you on the schedule. They did work to try to accommodate me, but I had work issues and there was no calling and rescheduling for another day even when I gave them a good advance notice. Every time I tried to reschedule they had to look at their schedule and call me back which took a week or more. People need flexibility. In the end they told me they couldn’t clean for me because I had to adhere to their schedule. You are given a set time of day on a weekday that they choose. Not sure if their cleaning is good or not. The whole process of getting set up with them was just a hassle. Went elsewhere and booked something online in 5 minutes with a company I’d used before who could come on a Saturday and who was flexible.

I recently had to fire the company. There cleaning was just O.K. to begin with and then it deteriorated. I called the company on two occasions to complain about the things they were skipping. The girls would show up near the end of the two-hour window and would rush through the job. I would have to finish cleaning after they left. I felt the company didn't care, and I had no choice but to let them go.

Hired for "spring cleaning". My desire was for the deep cleaning that would get my 1000sq.ft. ranch on track......through dusting, blinds, ceiling fans, etc.I did not white glove or follow around. My criteria was for someone who cleans better than me.Cob webs discovered behind doors that remained open. retrieved an item that rolled under the bed and it was covered with dust.I was charged extra for vacuuming steps down to the basement. The nap of the carpet was matted beyond restoration. Can't imagine how that could even happen.Way to expensive for the quality of service. Can't recommend.

well i would give this company a 0 but that's not an option on this app for some reason, i worked for the company for about 3 months, i showed up everyday until the last couple of weeks working at the company, seeing the ins and outs of that company is absolutely insane, many of the people paying to get there houses clean by this company are being wayy overcharged, every employee was promised a raise when i first started working there as well as every customer getting a note explaining that prices where going up because of the supposed raise. that never happened, it's honestly not really about the money at this point but the respect that the man who runs this company is completely irresponsible, after my last check was sent back to the company he called to inform me that they had received it back, as i called back nicely and asked to come pick up my check his first response was, "oh but you can drive to come pick up your check but you can't drive and put your two weeks in," honestly he's absolutely correct i should have put my two weeks in but as a boss/someone who apparently runs this company the rudest way to talk to a person, after i proceed to tell him i wasn't going to be the one driving and two that isn't his job to scold or belittle me, so as the conversation went on i explained i had recently moved farther way reasoning why i wasn't able to come in everyday, after that he started to get even more angry with me raising his voice then proceededs to say that i called him a liar, which is completely untrue, then i retaliated and said i never said that but if youd like to label yourself that then so be it, he then says "see there it is," as if saying i did call him a liar, like we are not children accusing one another of something that wasn't said, so childish!! the attitude and rudeness chad gives to his employees is absolutely unacceptable. oh and just another thing, one snowy day i called off because as a inexperienced driver driving 2+ hours on a day where the roads aren't safe isnt a good idea, but the next day i was pulled into his office along with my partner and "talked to," like we were back in elementary school, he then related me and my partner to his 17 year old son for "the lack of effort" like what does that even mean? i've worked at many different company's and not once have i been treated this badly. never had a boss act so unprofessional with his employees and or customer according to the other reviews, so just think twice before anything when it comes to The Cleaning Authority in Plymouth MI, And as you can see with other comments/reviews i am NOT the only one with this issue!!!

This company decides to call me 2 hours before an initial consultation to "decline my request". The claim is that several years ago they serviced us and it "didn't go well". I recall having an issue with them many years ago on a different property but in the business world we deal with conflict and try to work WITH the customer...in this case they decided to not work on a solution and simply cancel last minute. I made difficult scheduling changes to my day to accommodate this appt only to be "declined" 2 hours before the appt. I've not dealt with a company that handles themselves this way and I've worked with many service providers who worked through challenges WITH the customer if and when they occur.
