The staff there is extremely friendly, attentive, and takes the extra time for a good fit. This is not a simple transaction, and they are very detailed and do not treat it as such. Ive been going thee 3 years , and it is the same staff, that says something . I appreciate ? all your help.

My first (and certainly not last) was yesterday, 9/28/2021. I have been an America's Best customer for about 15 years. When I got a new job, they didn't except my insurance. My work referred me to SVS Vision, so I made an appt at the Plymouth location, which was only my first choice because they had a sooner appt, but I live much closer to Belleville. My first encounter, by phone, was with Lori. She was very pleasant and very helpful. Just when I thought it couldn't get better, I was immediately greeted when I entered the building by the gentlemen who check me in (I wish I would've caught his name). Very pleasant experience. The people were really friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember their names so I could give them proper recognition. I was there on 6/17 in the morning.
