My first (and certainly not last) was yesterday, 9/28/2021. I have been an America's Best customer for about 15 years. When I got a new job, they didn't except my insurance. My work referred me to SVS Vision, so I made an appt at the Plymouth location, which was only my first choice because they had a sooner appt, but I live much closer to Belleville. My first encounter, by phone, was with Lori. She was very pleasant and very helpful. Just when I thought it couldn't get better, I was immediately greeted when I entered the building by the gentlemen who check me in (I wish I would've caught his name). Very pleasant experience. The people were really friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember their names so I could give them proper recognition. I was there on 6/17 in the morning.

This was my first time visiting this eye doctor, and I was quite impressed. They were very professional. Both the doctor and the staff took time to answer any questions. They even took the time to figure out the best way to use the insurance money allocated to me, even though that meant suggesting that I just order contacts elsewhere.
