Buyer beware. Having the hardest time, getting a window warrantied by them, the window is defective. And for almost a yr now, no one calling me back.. not returning my calls, my window looks spotty, and not great to c thru it... looks like crap! ..

Great service. Great Experience. Done in a day and the new roof & gutters look great! We had storm damage and they worked with our insurance which made things so much easier and we ended up paying less than $1,000! Call these guys if your looking for a new roof, well worth it!

After a long wait from my insurance company, my roof was replaced in 7 hours on a Saturday too boot. Joe and his team did a terrific job before, during, and after the job. I am recommending No Leak Home Improvements to all my friends and family. Thanks Joe!

Customers beware of this company they don’t complete work and they have no morales or respect for their customers. They made us wait now 11 months in counting after taking my money. When is the job gonna be done? I don’t understand how they are still in business after continuously screwing customers.

This company is as shady as it gets. Had our roof replaced spring of 2021. This year (spring of 2025) a drip leak appeared on our living room ceiling. Just from the type of leak it’s from improper nailing of shingles or the terrible flashing job they did. Anyways, over the past 3 days prior to this review we have called the number listed and were told Tim would be calling to come asses and repair the roof. No call. No shows. Called again some guy said a sales rep would come. I don’t want a damn sales rep. I want my 4 year old roof repaired. 3rd day called again the guy said he would see what’s going on and call back. No call. Terrible business. Don’t believe these reviews.
Hey Tim. Found out your the owner. Where are you at? You treat your customers like this? We still have all the original paperwork claiming your a GAF master elite installer with a 25 year warranty on workmanship.

I strongly advise against hiring this company. Don’t be misled by the positive reviews—they offer $200 for 5-star ratings. I had my roof replaced by them in December 2020, with promises of lifetime warranty paperwork that never arrived despite multiple follow-ups.
Fast forward to 2025, and the roof is now leaking. They refuse to answer my calls, and to make matters worse, they never completed the final inspection with the city as promised. I only discovered this when trying to sell my house, and had to cover the inspection costs myself.
This company is unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs.
