Excellent facility and excellent staff at the outpatient surgical center. Would highly recommend to anyone. From check-in to discharge, and everything in between, the experience was outstanding!
I took my asthmatic mother in law there for shortness of breath. Despite home flu tests indicating a negative test, she had the flu. We are extremely lucky we chose Henry Ford Plymouth. The staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean. She had her blood work, X-ray, CT scan, breathing treatments, and antibiotics- in record time. We may have had to transfer her to the local hospital for an admission, but fortunately her breathing was stable enough to sit in the local hospital’s ER with oxygen, for hours waiting to be seen. Husband went into emergency with flu Like symptoms come to find out he had pneumonia. The nurse that we had was absolutely amazing. I would like knowledge him. I wish more nurses had his personality and his patience. His name Victor on the midnight shift.
