THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I got stuck in a ditch and was trying to get out I called this horrible company for help payed upfront they told me they where 10mins away once I hanged up after paying I tried to get out again not even 5 mins later I called to cancel because I was finally able to get out on my own me expecting to get a refund since not even 5 mins passed and no work was done NOTHING was done! And you wanted to charge me $310 he didn’t even want to give me half of the money back not even a penny just like anyone else that money wasn’t easy to earn and the Hollidays where coming up. I called back they kept telling me I need to speak with the manager to call Monday so I did then he tells me he got into a “car accident” so I wait a week as he told me to and nothing come to find out he blocked me before that he said we can’t give your money back I’ll see you in court he was screaming he was so rude he really is miserable evil guy like Really? Is this how you treat your clients?? Is this what you call professional taking people’s money without doing the work after a phone call of 5 mins? Ridiculous!!!!

I called this company after locking my keys in the car and freaking out because me and my 3 year old were locked out of the car and our home. This man that runs this company was locking up for the night and was so kind to come out of his way to help a younger mother in a bind. It was truly one on the kindest things I’ve had happen to me. He was there within 20 minutes, the first company I called said about an hour. He gave me his card and it’s just absolutely so nice to know some businesses still care and treat a complete stranger like family.

Called him at noon on a Friday because he was only about l1.5 miles away. I was broke down with a truck and a small trailer. He asked me what size ball and then proceeded to show up with the wrong ball size. Said it would be easier for another truck to tow the trailer and just follow us. Long story short got double charged and $535 to go less than 10 miles. Don't call this guy unless you want to sore behind for a few days. Complete rip off taking advantage of people in the time of need.

If you want clutch timing and need a tow in a hurry this is a good service but you are going to pay more. He offered me a cash discount and I payed $180 to get from N. Territorial to Ann Arbor Rd (4 miles). This was the only service that could get me where I needed right away (within 20 minutes). 4 stars because his price on the phone was different from what he gave me when he showed up. We agreed on the price before he hooked my car. I’ll be getting to work tomorrow! Thank you!
