Tracey was wonderful, I had very very thick and long matted hair. I was not even sure of what i wanted other than to get it thinned, Tracey made sure She knew what I wanted before starting. And when i mean matted i mean matted, hadn't had a haircut in two years, she brushed out the hair for an hour straight before it was even able to get cut. Being autistic it is hard to find place understanding and able to communicate, Tracey went above and beyond, I wouldn't of wanted to be the one to have to do what Tracey did, but she had a smile on her face the whole time, highly recommend, staff and manager were nice as well. Ended up getting layers, hair has never felt better.

Absolutely love this place! Quick, cheap, but good quality, Fantastic Sam's does it all. I reccomend Abby (she's my fave), but all of the stylists are incredibly talented and ready to help you feel like you. No awkward conversation, just chill vibes. Check it out!

Tuesday seems busy day for them. Very poor service, they treated people by color, gave worst service, refused to give shampoo service only for my kid, but allowed for all. Very disappointed. Have treated as was the unacceptable
