Our air conditioner wasn't cooling. It blew out air, but it was not cooled. Colonial Heating and Cooling came out and diagnosed the problem. Now, I know nothing about AC units. They could have told me it needed a new flux capacitor and it would cost a small fortune, and the only thing that would have let me know that wasn't true was that I'm a movie buff and would recognize where that fake bit of equipment originated. But Colonial isn't just good at what they do, they're honest. The issue was the old thermostat, so they replaced that. It didn't cost us that much, and everything works great again.
Great company that goes the extra mile to take care of its customers! Colonial had been at my home several as l times over the years and I’ve always been very impressed. Can’t say enough good things about them!
My technician name is Jeremy. When he came out to assess the issue with my dryer he was professional and informative. He explained what needed to be repaired/replaced, and the process's. He came back once the parts were in and completed the repair in a timely manner.
