I was coming from out of state for a wedding in December and wanted an updo for my hair. At first when I called about a month ahead of time, they said they were booked, but Alex called me back and squeezed me in her schedule (not one of the other 4 salons called me back, when they said they would). I added the appointment on the calendar in my phone so I would have the address and the time. On the day of my appointment, I showed up at the salon at my appointment time, only to find out I was an hour late due to the time change, my phone changed the time in my calendar.
