It was our first time there with our pup getting him acclimated to the groomer. Good interaction with the employees we met for the first time and will be returning with our pup.

A horrible experience. I unexpectedly received service that was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I went here for the first time as my dogs' usual groomer was not available within short notice. The ordeal took the entire day. I asked them for an estimate of when my dogs would be done so that I could make another appointment as grooming day for my dogs is basically errand day for me.
I was called alerting me that both my dogs were done earlier than the informed time, and upon arrival, they were not. I waited some more, and my small dog was done so I took him home with a promise from the employee that my larger dog would be done in about 20. Came back, he was not done. I waited some more in my car. When I tried to come back in, the person inside kept the door locked and would not let me in, even though she saw me knocking. I could see her at her computer and laughing and chatting with someone else. That is totally weird behavior and I frankly don't understand the logic behind that at all.
In the end, the service was incredibly overpriced and my dogs did not even look the way I wanted them to look. It actually left me dumbfounded how a business could function in that manner and treat clientele in such a disrespectful, obnoxious, thoughtless way. Additionally, I have a friend who actually also had a horrible experience, with his three dogs costing $100 each, not turning out how he wanted, and no refund given.
Word to the wise: Please trust me when I say you need to go someplace else. I have nothing else to say to be honest because it was incredulously ridiculous.

We dropped my daughter’s dog off at 9 o’clock in the morning by 130. She was still not done. I called at noon. They said that it was going to be about another 40 minutes. I waited till 1 o’clock. She was not done. They said probably in about another 15 minutes, I got there and gave them there 15 minutes and she was still not done. They probably could’ve kept her about another 40 or 45 minutes to finish so this place takes too many dogs and they don’t have enough groomers. I would think twice about taking your dog here when I got there they had two dogs in the pen across from the front desk one in a crate two sitting in a glass room where another girl was sitting there grooming, a dog and then my daughters dog and then another lady started grooming a dog so they had way too many dogs for the groomers. This place is a joke. I requested a refund for my daughter and the manager told me that she doesn’t know how to do refunds which I think is a lie because when you’re running a business, you need to know I’ll aspects of the business. I know because I worked in Customer Service for 30 years so Whatever we have to do to get my daughter her money back we’re gonna do

We have taken our dog here for years, and in the past it has been great. There has been a change, I believe the business went under new ownership recently. Ever since then we have not had a good experience here. We will not be coming back.

I am so horrified. We have brought our golden retrievers here multiple times without an issue. They’ve always been washed, groomed, nails clipped and deshedded. At times the dogs are matted and need more clipping, that usually costs more and I completely understand. Today I’m not sure why or how, but it is awful. Both of our goldens were shaved—no fur left on their backs or belly’s, no leg feathers. They look like they’ve had mange or a significant surgery requiring being shaved. Worse than sheered sheep. When I booked the appointment I asked for a grooming. They confirmed they were goldens. They have seen a “golden specialist” there in the past so they’ve told me. When my husband dropped them off he said a groomer did not meet with him and he was rushed out by a women behind the desk in a pink shirt who was preoccupied and on the phone. She asked — same as usual? He said yes, same as usual. He was shocked when he picked them up. The dogs are unrecognizable. When I called to talk to someone after the dogs were picked up, I was horrified when the person on the phone said they must have made a mistake, the form says “skim” not shave. We will never go back. The second person I talked to said, I’m sorry, we just had a staff meeting on this. I can give you $20. Unacceptable. Careless. I would not trust this grooming facility. I don’t know what else to say other than avoid.

It's my first time here I came looking for a sooner appointment because my groomer was booked Im so happy I found this location they did amazing job on my dims I may have waited long they was super busy well now I see why they was super busy looking at my dims she is perfect thank you so much
