It was my first time going to Plymouth Dental Excellence, they were recommended by my sister. From the first phone call I knew I was going to like this place. I had a broken tooth and it was rubbing on my tongue so they got me in within a few days. Nicole did my X-rays very gently and Dr. Maddalena filed down the broken tooth so that it didn’t rub on my tongue anymore. Monique at the front desk took her time to figure out and explain my insurance plan and set up future appointments for me. From the front desk ladies to the hygienist and the dentist they were all so patient and so nice and wanted to help me. I felt very comfortable and at ease that I’m in good hands. I definitely would recommend this dental office to anyone who needs a dentist!!

Had to cancel appointment and was able to get one the next day. They were able to fix a problem that I was having with one of my teeth for a while. Great team work. Thank you. Procedure went well. It’s been sometime since I’ve had to have any work done on my teeth. They have improved on the equipment and techniques. No pain. And no white knuckles. So if you need any work done don’t hesitate to in seeing Dr Antonelli and his team at Plymouth Dental Excellence. 😁

Went to my 6 month teeth cleaning appointment yesterday with Michelle. I’ve been going to her for years. She does a great job and has a winning personality. They are lucky to have her. Marcia

The office staff insisted they had to scan my driver license into their system stating it was a law. I was willing to show my license to prove my identity but didn’t want it stored do to data breach risk. They refused service unless I agreed to scanning license. Afterwards a goggle search shown there is no such law. I’ve been going to this office for years and never had this demand, therefore even though the dentist was outstanding I rate the office one star. Data breach’s at dental and medical facilities are not uncommon.

The whole office is exceptional. I received my first filling today with Dr. Madellana and he is first rate. He took extra care to make sure that it was painless from the shot to the fill. I would highly recommend this office!
