“All of the workers were kind and courteous while around the home and the work seems to be of good quality. The only issue there was, was that communication between the office and myself was poor. There was no update on timeline other than right before the project was supposed to start, which was months out from the contract date. Also when the project didn't start, no one called or said why. I had to call to see what was happening. Now a week and a half after the "completion" of the project, there still has no been a final walk around and there are still supplies and a dumpster in my yard.“
