Let me begin by saying extreme top tier customer service! Dropped my glasses and the wire holding the lenses broke. I was actually walking out of Walmart and happened to be next to the vision center. The customer service rep. actually fixed my glasses right there on the spot! The staff to the ophthalmologist are very friendly, and take the time to explain every step of the process in acquiring new contacts and glasses. Awesome job team Vision!

Was taken care of and was treated very well. The staff helped me compare prices of different add ones to the lenses such as blue light protection for long term screen usage. The best prices I've ever seen. I got my glasses for less than 50$ with scratch resistant only. The frame I got for 10$ and was in and out of there within 10 minutes and that was only so long because I didn't know what vendor my insurance used. I was happy to do business with them and plan to again in the future.??

I’ve been going to the Walmart Vision Center in Plainwell for over 10 years, and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dan fixed my glasses today and, as always, was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He takes his time and genuinely cares about getting everything just right.
Dr. Cosgrove is the best—exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. The level of care here is outstanding. I drive all the way from Kalamazoo just to see them, and it is absolutely worth it every time. Highly, highly recommend!
