Oliver came to our family as a surrender because we had his sister. The breeder was hoping we could rehab him die to aggression. We brought him here 3 days after getting him and he ended up needing emergency surgery as him scrotum was the size of a tennis ball. The doc here said there was something more than sudden onset of aggression and decided to do emergency surgery where they found severe infection. He has been neutered and treated. He is a different dog and there is no aggression at all. So happy this vet took my concerns seriously and acted swiftly.
They are always so nice and attractive to me and my animals. They don't try to take advantage of you. If you can get something you need cheaper somewhere else they will tell you do that you save money
We're new to the area and moved at the time my dog was due for her annual boosters and well check visit. The Appointment Coordinator at Bluegrass Animal Clinic was very helpful! She was able to get her in quickly and assisted me in sending over my pup's medical records so when we arrived at her appointment, we didn't have to fill out paperwork! The staff was so welcoming and helped my nervous pup negotiate thru the appointment. When they took her out of the exam room for blood work, I heard several employees praising her with a good dog! The Veterinarian was professional, thorough, calm, and to the point. Great service at an affordable price!
