Avink, McCowen and Secord Funeral Home - took amazing care of my family when it came to the planning of my grandpas funeral. They went above and beyond and for that we will always be grateful. Thank you again for all of your help and commitment in making sure our family felt loved and cared for during such a difficult time.
Tim, Rob, Brenda and the staff at the Plainwell location helped me prepare for the upcoming passing of my wife from Lewy body dementia. Because of her declining condition, we had time to meet and plan how the memorial would come together. So when a sudden decline lead to her passing, I had excellent guidance each step of the way. Because of a couple pre-meetings, the Memorial Service went smoothly and positively. They care about helping you during a very tough time.
We had received excellent care from Avink, McCowen and Secord Funeral Home and Cremation Society of Plainwell. Even though we only had a cremation with no service they provided wonderful care and services thereafter. We would definitely recommend their services they were very helpful.
